Fate and the Oedipal Trilogy Outline

Thesis:
The role that fate plays in the Oedipal Trilogy is clearly visible; the actions of Oedipus, Antigone, Teiresias, and others are all linked to a prophecy given years before their time, which displays for them some sort of definite, yet unidentifiable, fate to come.
